The Mic Chick Tiffany Dickerson & Friends, signature fundraiser, Dinner for a Cause, was a fundraising event that brought out some of the city's hottest movers and shakers and community notables together to help her raise funds for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Louisiana.

Tiffany was selected to be a member of the 2022 Class of Great Futures Honorees by Club Blue BR. Club Blue is a social and philanthropic network of young professionals who support the Boys and Girls Club. Club Blue Ambassadors provide volunteer opportunities and raise awareness for Boys and Girls Club. Established in 2014, Club Blue hosts socials and service events throughout the year. In 2016, Club Blue hosted the first Great Futures Gala to raise funds and awareness for the Boys and Girls Club and honor community-minded young professionals in Baton Rouge.
